This time we're moving out to the patio to make 5 fantastic summer BBQ dishes:
- Gazpacho with grilled sea scallops.
- Grilled swordfish served over artichoke risotto with sweet pepper, kalamata olive, and mint relish.
- Baby back ribs with jicama slaw and soy ginger BBQ sauce.
- New York strip with blackened shrimp and garlic sauce.
- Peach and blueberry cobbler.
Cost is $60 per person and includes a tasting plate of each dish, soft drink, iced tea, or coffee, as well as a recipe booklet to take home.
We will also be offering Happy Hour prices on beer, wine, and cocktails.
